We are looking to hire a Front Receptionist to join our team. The Front Desk employee is the face of our company; they are the person a guest sees when they first walk into the facility. This person must be team-oriented with great communication skills. The Front Desk employee ensures positive customer experience.
What You Will Be Doing:
Reporting to management and performing administrative duties.
Answering telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls.
Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events.
Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Handling basic inquiries and sorting mail.
Copying, scanning, and filing documents.
Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
Salary:
$900 - $1250 per week
