DENTAL PATIENT COORDINATOR/DENTAL FRONT OFFICE/DENTAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

We are a well established two doctor private practice in Carson City. We’ve been a part of the the community for over 40 years.

We are looking for a team member as a patient coordinator responsible for administrative aspect of patient care, ie patient services, doctor’s clinical schedule, insurance verification, collection from patients, and treatment presentation. This position is not a management position, but is an equally important part of our team.

We are looking for a reliable individual who will treat our office like his/her own home, caring for the patients, for the team, and for the facility. Attention to details, friendly and calm demeanor, teachable, critical thinking, active listening and organizational skills, being able to handle multi-line phone, being proficient with computers/email/ text message are a must for this position. Minimum of 2 years experience in the dental or medical field.

This position is full time, Monday through Thursday (no weekends), 10 hours per day. We offer competitive hourly rate, medical and dental coverage, holiday pay, vacation and sick leave times.
