Front Office Representative Full-Time

Tulsa Retina Consultants is seeking a full-time Front Office Representative to join our team. This position is approximately 36-40 hours per week and is eligible for all company benefits. This applicant must be dependable and have a very stable work history.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients in a friendly manner
• Verify demographic information
• Verify insurance eligibility
• Collect co-pay/co-insurance
• Schedule patient follow up appointments
• Check In & Check Out

Requirements:

• Well organized and detail oriented
• Medical office experience (1 year)
• Appointment scheduling (1 year)
• Customer service (1 year)
• Stable work history
• Knowledge of health insurance (1 year)
• Team player
• Good communication skills
• Impeccable attendance record
