Crowne Plaza hotel in Dallas, TX. 200 rooms. Front Office Manager to handle 6 desk clerks and run hotel smoothly.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Experience in Hotels with OPERA property management system is required.
- Hiring, training, development, and overall leadership of the Front Office associates.
- Maintain and improve the quality of the guest experience.
- Assist guest services, housekeeping, and engineering team.
- Check guest in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established.
- Answer the telephone in a professional manner and assist guests with any issues and questions.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Follow set procedures on adjusting and posting charges, and refunds.
- Must have a B.A or B.S degree from a 4-year accredited university
- Must be able to deal with frequent change.
- Must know night audit.

- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must perform front desk shifts, AM or PM, as needed to ensure efficient operations.
- Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information.
- Time management skills.
- Must be available to work on weekends (only Friday and Saturday unless a big convention is in on Sunday)
- Ideal candidate must have the ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, be a team player.
