Elle Seller is looking to hire a Receptionist. The successful candidate should be outgoing and friendly with a gregarious personality and a natural talent for customer service.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Front Office Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and guests, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for managing all Front Office activities and maintaining a professional and organized environment.

THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Register and check-in guests, ensuring accurate and complete information is obtained
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
• Handle guest inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving any issues or complaints
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in a customer service role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
