A Successful, State Farm Insurance Agency located in Bayside, NY is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented Office Representativewho likes helping people to join their Team. As a State Farm team member for C W Moretti - State Farm Insurance Agency, you will build and develop customer relationships to promote State Farm products including auto, home, and life insurance.
We are seeking individuals who are motivated, have good communication skills, and are willing to commit themselves to their success. State Farm offers training, support and mentoring throughout your relationship with State Farm Insurance. Our team will be there for you every step of the way. Responsibilities
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

Compensation: $45,442 to $90,250 Base Plus Bonus and Commissions
Requirements
- Sales experience Preferred (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
- Coachable, Driven, and have a desire to learn
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- People-oriented
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Bilingual Preferred
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

- Working closely with the agent to gain an understanding of the agent’s role and office logistics
