Elle Seller is we are seeking a motivated and dependable Call Center Agent to join our team. As a Call Center Agent, you will play a critical role in providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, answer inquiries, and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and case notes
- Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage and track customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets and goals
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a Call Center or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and remain calm under pressure
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
