Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Duties: - Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department - Provide general administrative and clerical support, including typing, transcribing, and photocopying documents - Assist with project coordination and maintain organized files and records - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products or services - Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions - Monitor and manage office supplies inventory - Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times Requirements: - Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role is preferred but not required - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Proficient in using phone systems, computerized systems, and other office equipment - Strong computer literacy, including knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.
