Front Office Receptionist/Scheduler

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations in our office. This is a full-time position located at our office in Moore, OK.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
- Coordinate projects and assist with project coordination tasks
- Transcribe documents and prepare reports as required

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
