We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.
Duties:
- Greet students and parents with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Check-in and out students
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 23 per week
Schedule:
