Answer phones, handle scheduling and assist office staff with miscellaneous tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Phone and customer service skills required
-Social Media/handle Instagram for the firm
-Assist in preparing legal documents such as letters, mailings and UPS labels.
- Organize and maintain legal files and documents
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars and staff schedules
- Communicate with clients and other parties
- Prepare packages (trainable portion of the position)
-Assist office staff with miscellaneous admin tasks.
Requirements:
-Front desk/reception experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) a must!
