Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. If you have strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a friendly demeanor, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Transcribe and distribute meeting minutes as needed
- Assist with order entry and inventory management tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Skills:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to handle phone lines simultaneously
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
