JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Pennsylvania State Harrisburg School of Science, Engineering, and Technology is seeking a candidate for an Administrative Support Assistant in the School Director’s office . The successful Administrative Support Assistant will be a detail-oriented and organized individual. This position will perform complex tasks with minimal supervision.
This is an FTE position at 75% with working 30 hours per week. Full Penn State benefits are included.
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain research-related budgets, track expenditures, and process budget revisions.
Collaborate with the faculty and the Office of Research and Outreach to assist with budget preparation and projections.
Create and maintain confidential files, databases, and reports.
Support the Director’s Office in the faculty promotion process.
Compose written communication and proofread correspondence.
Schedule/maintain a calendar of appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
Support the School of Science, Engineering, and Technology and its programs with events and other duties as needed.
Education:
High School diploma o r higher plus two years of related experience
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience

The pay range for this position, including all possible grades is:
$34,800.00 - $55,500.00Salary Structure - additional information on Penn State's job and salary structure.
