Front Office Receptionist

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our medical office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth flow of operations.

Location - Waynesburg and Uniontown

Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Verify insurance information and assist with billing inquiries
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of medical records
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to protect patient confidentiality
- Assist with medical record requests and documentation

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient patient flow
- Handle patient inquiries and provide necessary information
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents

- High School Diploma is required
- Medical office and EMR experience is preferred but not required

- Will be required to travel between offices in Uniontown and Waynesburg

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
• Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
