Front Office Receptionist (Medical Office)

This position is a key connecting point between PCSG and its patients. The successful candidate will have an outgoing personality, enjoy helping others, and be comfortable in a busy multitasking environment.

Key Job Functions:

Greet PCSG patients both in-person and on the phone with courtesy and respect

At all times keep the patient’s medical information confidential

Upon arrival, check patients in by updating their electronic medical record and collecting payment

Help patients schedule medical appointments when they call.

Confirm medical appointments with patient prior to appointment date.

Create a welcoming environment for patients and staff

Comply with PCSG rules, policies, and regulations to meet facility performance

Set the stage for positive patient visits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
