Front Office Receptionist

Iconic Imaging is a renowned MRI Center, looking to hire a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team!

Our ideal candidate must have the ability to perform all tasks listed below:

*Bi-Lingual(Spanish) Mandatory*

*Must be able to pass Level 2 Background Screening and Drug Screening*

*BLS Certification Required*

- Previous experience with Personal Injury preferred.

- Candidate must speak English/Spanish fluently.

- High level patient satisfaction and customer service skills.

- Answer Phones.

- Scheduled patients from incoming referrals.

- Create patient accounts and enter patient demographics.

- Upload patient documents into EHR system.

- Prepare Billing Packets.

- Retrieve imaging reports from portal and upload/send out accordingly to doctor and attorney offices.

- Sending LOP's and MRI Reports to Attorney Offices.

- Sending IOT's and AOB's to Insurance Companies.

- Completing records request for MRI Report and Billing Ledgers.

- Maintain daily temperature and housekeeping log.

- Maintain daily/monthly referral tracking log.

- This position requires evening availability on Wednesdays until 7pm. Additional evening hours to be determined.

- Office Hours Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 5:00 pm (Wednesdays open until 7pm)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
