Receptionist/Front Office

Mountain View, CA 94040 (Onsite- Local candidates)

2-3-month contract (potential for extension)

$25-30hr (Weekly pay)

Part-time: M-Thursday 8:30am- 12pm (flexible morning start time)

The Receptionist will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each persons visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.

Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.

Maintains the inventory of the kitchen. Re-stock and monitor levels of snacks, drinks, and supplies in the kitchen.

Coordinates daily lunch with vendor and available for delivery daily at appropriate times.

Performs other duties as requested.

Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ yrs experience Supporting General office duties

Must be comfortable being theface of the company and greeting clients, customers and general staff in a professional and friendly manner

Experience to stocking and maintains the inventory of the kitchen. Re-stock and monitor levels of snacks, drinks, and supplies in the kitchen.

Set up conference rooms for meetings

Ability to open mail and scan document to appropriate point person

Must enjoy working in a smaller team/company and ability to engage well with others/being part of a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Zoom, and chat (either Slack or similar)

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
