GameDay is now hiring a Front Office Manager/Patient Care Coordinator/Medical Assistant at its Roseville office. The person will be responsible for:
-Managing the treatment plan and sales cycle of every patient. We are a cash pay only office, our patients rely on us to deliver the very best treatment options. You will oversee the patient cycle from initial lead inquiry, booking consultations, greeting and creating rapport with each patient, understand their needs, work alongside NP and Owners to create the best treatment plan for the patient, recognize upsell opportunites, negotiate pricing, aid in care credit financing, accept and post payment and be point of contact for patient concerns after booking.
-Answering busy phone lines, being able to quickly give benefits of all treatments to potential new patients, taking messages and relaying them to correct person in a timely manner.
-Be liaison between the NP and patient, as well as between Owners and Patient.
-Follow through is KEY in this position, you must have clear communication with all patients and follow through in getting back to patients with all questions and concerns.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments for testosterone replacement evaluations, erectile dysfunction consults, follow up lab work, and other services via phone or text as well as Semaglutide/GLP-1, Weight Loss appointment scheduling, follow ups, and tracking payments.
-Track and relay all tracking information from Pharmacy to Patient.
- Fielding questions, orders, and membership updates from patients via phone or text
- Reaching out via text and phone to current and past patients and offering new and exciting specials
- Greeting clients upon arrival to clinic and serving as the liaison between front desk and clinical staff.
- May be required to perform responsibilities of Medical Assistant, including but not limited to phlebotomy, injections, vitals, patient documentation, and assisting medical providers with patient care. Current MA certification is a requirement of this position.
- Maintaining professionalism and treating patients with respect while creating a welcoming environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Certified Medical Assistant
-BSA Certificate
-Previous Leadership, Management skills.
-Previous sales in a cash pay, aesthetic medicine type environment acting as a patient care or treatment coordinator.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively with an eye on sales revenue.
- Strong writing skills. Most patients text into our practice so you will be responsible for fielding these questions.

Salary: $21 plus per hour plus commission. Potential of well over $32 per hour.
No working on weekends.
