Responsibilities:
- Manage Front Desk Operations: Oversee daily front desk activities, including appointment scheduling, patient check-in/out, phone inquiries, and handling patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Treatment Coordination: Ensure seamless patient flow by effectively managing appointment scheduling; create and present treatment plans
- Billing and Insurance: Oversee billing and insurance processes, including verifying insurance coverage and addressing billing inquiries to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Financial Management: Assist with financial management tasks such as maintaining financial records, processing payments, and managing accounts receivable to ensure the financial health of the practice.
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA guidelines, and maintain accurate records to meet legal and ethical standards.
- Patient Relations: Foster positive relationships with patients by addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a dental office required
- Proven experience in Front Office management or administrative roles, with strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in dental office software and computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of dental billing and insurance procedures preferred.
- Understanding of HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office management or healthcare administration is a plus.
