Growing company in Central New York has a 1st shift opening for Front Office Manager.

Responsibilities for Office Manager:
Perform administrative support tasks and day to day office operations, including customer service, basic receivables and payables, filing, and assisting management as needed.
Qualifications for Office Assistant:
1-3 years of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role, a/p or a/r experience preferred
Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities
Proficiency in MS Office. (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
Hands on experience with office equipment (e.g. computers, phones, fax machines and printers)
Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail
Booking keeping skills
Pay: 16.00-19.00
Hours: 1st Shift - M-F 8:00a – 4:30p
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
