We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Office Manager for our thriving Brooklyn shipping center. As the heartbeat of our operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative processes, fostering a positive work environment, and contributing to the overall success of our fulfillment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Efficiency:
- Oversee and optimize daily office operations to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Implement and maintain streamlined processes for order processing, inventory management, and customer communication.
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise and lead a team of administrative personnel to ensure cohesive collaboration and exceptional performance.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes teamwork and individual growth.
- Communication Hub:
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and enhance overall communication strategies.
- Inventory Control:
- Work closely with the fulfillment team to manage inventory levels, reconcile discrepancies, and implement effective control measures.
- Coordinate with Poland's office and Brooklyn office to ensure a seamless flow of goods and materials.
- Facility Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and organization of the fulfillment center's office space, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with facilities and IT teams to address any issues related to office equipment and technology.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators, identifying trends and recommending improvements.
- Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role, preferably within a fulfillment center or logistics environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent level of English, Polish a plus.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
