Front Office Receptionist- Plastic Surgery
We are seeking a Front Office receptionist with an outgoing and positive personality. Must be a self-motivated and able to work independently to meet and exceed pre-determined sales quotas. A polished appearance and professional demeanor are both MUSTS. Ability to connect with our patients and build strong relationships are key points to your success as well as a strong ability and willingness to learn medical procedures. Must be a self-starter, articulate, a quick learner, confident, and a team player. Excellent customer service skills and a caring personality are needed. Candidate must be mature, gregarious, energetic, and highly motivated.
Duties Include:
- Greet patients
- Answer phones
- Appointment scheduling
- Faxing
- Knowledge of EMR
- Sales
- Responding to Inquiries
- Able to patiently and thoroughly answer patient questions and ease patient concerns
- Social Media
Required Qualifications:
- 1 years of relevant sales experience
- Proven record of excellence in sales and customer service
- Superior customer service skills and sales-oriented personality required with a strong team approach
- Strong attention to detail
- Very high ethical standards
- Dermatology, Cosmetic, Med Spa, Plastic Surgery office experience preferred
- Spanish speaking a plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
