The Front Office I is responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors, managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and performing various administrative tasks. The Front Office I will work closely with the clinical team to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Verify patient insurance information and collect payments
- Manage patient records and ensure accuracy and completeness
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a medical or dental office setting
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to use a computer and other office equipment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
