Looking for a customer-focused and self-motivating individual who can:
- Keep/file accounts and records of all guest stays
- Resolve issues related to customer satisfaction
- Check-in VIP guests with a smile and friendly attitude
- Handle light administrative work
- Correctly deal with folios and billing accounts
- Sort paperwork based on date and order of name
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
