Natural Aesthetics Dental Lab is looking for an organized, bright, outgoing individual to join our team. We need someone that is willing to work approx. 10 AM - 6 PM, M-F to assist our Front Office in keeping the lab running smoothly and efficiently.
An ideal candidate is extremely organized, thorough, detail-oriented, and willing to learn and accept constructive criticism when needed. This position includes the following
Responsibilities:
- Logging all new work into our computer tracking software Invoicing and packaging cases
- Communicating with dental offices and outsourcing partners
- Answering basic questions via phone
- Organizing daily case delivery and shipments
- Responsible for the accurate and on-time manufacturing of the patient-driven schedule.
