Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Assisting in daily operations for a restaurant
- Understanding of Front of House service
- Promoting positive and professional company morale
- Customer, community, vendor and employee relations
- Staff training and education
Skills/Experience Required:
- Positive and professional attitude
- Able to develop/train employees in all areas of restaurant operations
- Schedule flexibility
- Team focused and motivated
- Multifaceted restaurant service experience
- Able to communicate with and lead a diverse staff
- Able to work holidays and weekends
- Responsible, hardworking and adept at dealing with a fast paced work environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
