Compensation

• Private Bedroom Rent Compensation: Market value at $600 per month
• Utility Compensation: $65 per month

Come work in Off Campus's fun and exciting work environment! As the Dixie Red Sands RA, you will work closely with an amazing team of onsite managers, maintenance techs, owners, and other incredible employees. This is the perfect position for a self-starting college student, or college age individual who needs a flexible schedule and can still get all their work done. RAs will live at the property and act as a point of contact for the tenants, always giving top-quality customer service. They play a critical role in conducting tours, room checks, and leasing, by working closely with the Dixie Red Sands Manager.

General Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional relationship with supervisors, tenants, and vendors while serving present and future tenants in their housing needs
• Maintain the property and coordinate with our maintenance team for work that needs to be done.
• Time Requirements, Phone Hours, and Availability: Be available as much as possible, including after hours, to answer phone calls as they come in by current, future, and potential residents, both weekdays and weekends. Some weeks will be busier than others.
• Tours: Give tours as requested by future tenants and prospects.
• Assist Manager and tenants with all move-ins and move-outs.
• Property Management Software: Learn our property management software for your role, and keep all its information current.
• Property Maintenance and Condition: Uphold property condition by conducting monthly room checks. Walk the property daily, check for maintenance, pick up trash, and straighten pool chairs. Coordinate with the maintenance team for any maintenance needed.
• Tenant Satisfaction: Strive daily to build a good rapport with tenants. Handle all situations with professionalism and a positive attitude. Consult with the supervising manager in escalated situations. Push Google reviews, strive to receive 5-star reviews.
• Rule enforcement: Enforce property rules when they are being violated Under the supervisor's supervision, fill out and post eviction notices when necessary

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
