Job Description
As a Retail Bike Shop Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the repair shop operations for our bike shop. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing World-Class customer service
Maintain a clean and well-organized workshop space
Service writing and review of all work orders
Scheduling staff according to service needs and maintaining the Work Order Schedule
Mentoring junior mechanics and providing training on repair procedures
Ordering correct service parts / recommending service parts on hand
Oversees all service and bike assemblies
Communicating promptly with customers via phone and email.
Communicating with the General Manager/Sales Staff
Documenting and facilitating the warranty process
