SalaryWe are a Pediatric Dental Office in Madison, New Jersey looking to add a full-time receptionist/front desk staff member to our team. Our office is a lot of fun and we have a wonderful and welcoming staff.
Responsibilities would include: answering phones, responding to emails, making appointments, checking patients in and out, taking payments, calling insurances, confirming insurance benefits, etc. Having the right personality for a pediatric office is the key! Experience in a medical/dental/healthcare office and with insurance claims/payments is preferred. However, we are willing to train the right person. Great customer service skills and comfort with computers are a must. Candidate should be good with children and parents, extremely patient, well-spoken, outgoing, reliable, prompt, have good written communication skills, and be a great team player!
Position can start immediately. Schedule would include weekdays and possibly one Saturday per month.
