We are looking for an energetic, team-focused leader with previous hotel Front Desk experience who is ready to join a dynamic team. Our hotel features 130 Rooms, 800 square feet of banquet space, and our Toast to Toast Restaurant. As the Front Desk Supervisor, you will manage our Front Desk staff and assist with recruiting, training, scheduling, and ensure the team is meeting guest satisfaction scores while helping the hotel maintain our standards. A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you will mostly be:

• Educate and train team members in compliance with federal, state and local laws and safety regulations. Ensure staff is properly trained and has the tools and equipment to carry out job duties
• Seeking verbal feedback from customers on a regular basis and responding to all guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure guests are welcomed upon arrival and make time to engage with guests. Respond appropriately to guest complaints, solicit feedback and build relationships to drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction
• Managing, recording, and resolving guest or customer complaints promptly

• Ability to deal with difficult interactions and work under pressure
• Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations
• A passion for delivering an exceptional level of guest service
• Follow policy and perform to enhance professionalism in appearance and behavior.
