Position Type: Full-time, mid to entry-level.
Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Assistant to our Director of Technical Design. In this role, you will contribute to the development and production of our intimate apparel and sleepwear lines.
Responsibilities:
Support the Director of Technical Design in all phases of garment development and production across dresses, intimate apparel, and sleepwear.
Utilize Excel and PowerPoint to generate reports, presentations, and manage data related to TECHNICAL DESIGN processes.
Participate actively in garment construction activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications for all product lines.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, production, and quality assurance to streamline workflow and meet project deadlines.
Maintain accurate records and documentation OF TECHNICAL DESIGN activities for intimate apparel and sleepwear.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
Strong knowledge and experience in garment construction techniques, with a focus on intimate apparel and sleepwear a plus.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Salary Range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
