The Front Desk Supervisor oversees all operational aspects of the reception area, ensuring 24/7 coverage and compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include personnel management, policy formulation and implementing improvements for systems like Care-Connect and Radiant. As the Frond Desk Supervisor you will also coordinate reception and cash collection activities, ensuring accuracy and timely service delivery while addressing patient needs. You will be expected to ensure all employee training requirements are up to date, host meetings, attend PCAT rounds, maintain the Service Recovery database, staff observations and perform monthly employee audits. This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to problem-solve using Lean Methodology. Salary: $31.03 - $65.90 Hourly
* · High School Diploma or equivalent - required * · At least 3 years of operation management experience in a multi-functional organization of similar size and complexity with a focus on reception and cash collection management - preferred * · At least 3 years experience in a Radiology Department - preferred * · At least 2 years of Film Library/Filing experience - preferred * · Working knowledge of University Human Resources Policies and Procedures - preferred * · Ability to lead and motivate a large staff and work productively, collegially and effectively with staff, faculty and customers at all levels * · Demonstrated ability to write concise, well organized analytical reports * · Interpersonal skills for the diplomatic and effective communication with staff, physicians and the general public in conveying information to varying organizational levels * · Managerial skills to operate multiple Reception areas * · Understand and interpret financial and statistical data * · Working knowledge of front-end process and reception requirements
