```Duties```
As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Front Desk and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Your main duties will include:
- Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival
- Checking guests in and out of the hotel
- Managing guest reservations and room assignments
- Providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handling guest complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
- Training and supervising Front Desk staff
- Conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy of guest accounts and financial transactions
- Maintaining a clean and organized Front Desk area

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality management
- Proficiency in Front Desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and reservation systems
- Ability to handle guest relations with tact, professionalism, and empathy
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable
