Our property, located by one of the busiest airports in the country, offers 485 guest rooms, approximately 30,000 sq ft meeting space along with resort-like amenities such as an outdoor pool, pool bar and several food and beverage outlets.
The individual applying this position must have a passion for providing service and will be responsible for the supervision of the Front Desk staff, as well as liaison to all other hotel departments.
Requirements:
- Applicants with previous full service Marriott/PMS/Marsha experience will be prioritized.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Must have flexible work schedule. Able to work all shifts- days, overnights, weekends, holidays.
- Knowledge of Front Desk procedures and protocol preferred
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills- oral and written, excellent interpersonal and relation skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure with good attention to details
- Ability to effectively deal with guest concerns in a friendly and positive manner
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Interested in solid long term position or rapid career growth
