Job Title: Part-Time Front Desk Supervisor

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Front Desk Supervisor and Part time desk agent. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Front desk operations ensuring exceptional guest service and efficient hotel operations. You will also assist in supervising and training Front desk staff, handling guest inquiries and concerns, and performing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise Front desk operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining high standards of guest service.
• Assist in training and coaching Front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service and adhere to hotel policies and procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, resolving issues to guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met in a timely manner.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, payroll processing, and maintaining accurate records.
• Monitor hotel security and safety procedures, taking appropriate action in emergency situations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Front desk area and lobby.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in Front desk or guest service roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or hospitality certification is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
