Front Desk Staff Member

High paced established medical office seeking self-starter for front office. Two office locations include Beachwood and Cleveland near Kamms Corner.

Job Duties (include but not limited to):

Greet visitors and patients. Answers telephone and take messages. Schedule, re-schedule, and cancel appointments. Make reminder calls for upcoming appointments. Responsible for cleanliness of reception area and patient rooms. Registers new patients and create files. Complete patient billing sheet. Filing, copying, scanning, faxing documents. Contact patients regarding treatments.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience in a medical office setting preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Pleasant, professional, and articulate phone voice. Ability to multi-task and handle many incoming calls or patients at once. Internet and Multi-line phone experience or ability to learn it quickly. Punctual and reliable. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
