GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

This critical position works across multiple departments/companies to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently, recommending improvements where needed.
Essential Business Functions
· 100% awesome attitude and interpersonal skills
· Frontline point of contact for all customer interaction – handle, transfer and manage all inbound communications
· Responds to customer order and quotation requests received via telephone, e-mail, and written correspondence.
· Uses computerized system for sales entries, information tracking/gathering, or customer support.
· Engages in customer marketing via direct phone call and social media on behalf of Exist.
· Supports the leadership team with projects and initiatives.
· Suggest and implement new procedures to improve customer experience.
Essential Skills/Requirements
· Experience working in a customer service center, construction projects or food service industry
· Strong project management skills (certifications a plus)
· Detail oriented, organized, and reliable
· Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
· HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
· 2+ years of experience in area of responsibility.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
· Demonstrates success by providing excellent customer experience.
· Must be highly motivated, self-sufficient, and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Intermediate knowledge of accounting a plus
