Front Desk/Night Audit Representative

Front desk clerks with Holiday Inn provide customer service to hotel guests. Primary job duties include greeting guests, issuing room keys, booking reservations, answering questions about hotel amenities, services, and surrounding points of interest, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
