A successful candidate for this position will be someone who not only embraces this culture, but is a team player, takes direction well, has excellent communication skills, and great attention to detail.
The position will include greeting and engaging with pet parents and their pets, assisting with reservations, answering phone calls and inquiries, data entry and other tasks as assigned. Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office and have previous experience in Customer Service. This position includes communicating with pet parents daily via phone, text and email, along with sending daily photos as requested.
At least 1 year of Customer Service experience is required, previous Animal Care experience a plus.
