We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Front Desk Representative to join our team. The Front Desk Representative will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Manage appointments, reservations, and inquiries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents.
- Provide information and assistance to visitors and clients as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
