Front Desk Representative/ Clinical Floater

Plum Grove Dental Center in Palatine is seeking a full-time Front Desk Representative/ Clinical Floater to join our team.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors to the practice
• Check in patients according to office protocol
• Verify and update patient and insurance information
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Confirm next day’s appointments
• Verify insurance benefits
• Process payments and insurance checks
• Maintain office appearance
• Help clinical staff as needed
• Potential opportunity to assist doctors chairside

HOURS:

Tuesday – 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

One to Two Saturdays a month ( September thru May) – 8:00 am to 12:00 pm

Dental experience preferred

Part -time options may also be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 36 per week
