- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Provide information and assistance to visitors
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area and clean entire office.
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience as a Front Desk receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of office procedures and basic computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order entry
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Skills:
- Experience as a medical receptionist is a plus
- Proficiency in using Google Suite or similar software applications
- Familiarity with event planning processes is desirable
