Front Desk Receptionist/Scheduler

Assist with Front Desk functions including: patient scheduling, registrations, insurance verifications, filing and collection of fees.

Prepare, update and maintain patient records. Enter Eyeglass and Contact Lens orders in practice management software (Office Mate).

Assisting with duties such as helping patients with preliminary testing, contact lens training, cleaning and organizing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
