**Required schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 1-9pm and every Sunday from 8:30-1pm . This is a part time position. You must be available for these shifts or do not apply**

Job Summary

LaVida Massage of Livonia has an opening for a Front Desk sales associate. This is a part-time position (25hrs/week) located in the busy Livonia Plaza Shopping Center. The perfect candidate will be someone who has customer service and sales experience, an outgoing and cheerful personality, and someone who enjoys interacting with our guests along with being professional, hardworking, responsible, energetic and team-oriented. This is a sales position and sales goals are required to be met. You must be comfortable interacting with guests and informing them of our Benefits Program/promotions.

SCHEDULE

Part-time position that would be responsible for assisting the center during peak times, including weekends, and some weekday evenings. We also offer additional hours depending on your sales performance, holidays, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous customer service & sales experience
• Meet sales goals & ability to up-sell products and services. THIS IS A SALES POSITION!
• Excellent computer skills
• Time management
• Able to work flexible days/hours
• Have a friendly, welcoming and professional phone presence
• Be extremely detail-oriented to efficiently book appointments and cater to guest needs
• Be able to multi-task and manage high volume calls
• A strong work ethic and a GO GETTER!
• *Previous skills in a spa environment is a strong plus

*Center Operations & Cleanliness*

• It is really important that we maintain an organized and clean environment for our guests and our team. The Front Desk is responsible for hourly walk-throughs of the center to ensure that the spa is clean and tidy
• Daily cleaning including vacuuming, dusting, mopping and cleaning of restrooms at the start, throughout and end of the day

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 per week
