Administrative Sales Assistant

As an Administrative Sales Assistant, you will provide a wide range of administrative and operational support to the Store Manager. Note that this is a part-time position. Sundays required and one other day during the week.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Lifting material
• Using Ladders
• Assisting management in daily and weekly tasks
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Assisting customer's picking up orders
• Maintaining inventory
• Schedule: This is a part-time position. Sundays required and one other day during the week.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
• Flexible Availability - Including Weekends, and Holidays
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to juggle multiple assignments while paying attention to details

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
