Front Desk Receptionist/Patient Coordinator

We are looking to add a Front Desk receptionist person with effective communication skills and who’s a team player.

Dental Front desk responsibilities include but not limited to-

• Greeting patients, assist patients in filing paperwork
• Check insurance eligibility and benefits
• Answer phone calls and make appointments
• Maintain patient records
• Knowledge and experience with dentrix
• Insurance Billing and check payments
• Bilingual- English and Spanish is a must
• Candidates must have prior dental office experience to be considered
• CANDIDATES WHO HAVE FRONT DESK EXPERIENCE ONLY WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Healthcare setting:

• Dental office

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Union City, NJ 07087: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Required)
• Dental clinic: 1 year (Required)
