Senior Product Designer - Health Special Projects

This person will lead collaborative efforts with designers, engineers, product managers, clinicians, and data scientists to deeply understand project requirements, constraints, and objectives. As a senior designer, you will produce meticulously crafted designs that not only meet user needs but also provide surprise and delight, and align with strategic goals. This can be achieved by approaching your own work with a critical eye, and contribute to design critiques to champion a culture of continuous improvement within the larger team. Other responsibilities include: • Demonstrate mastery of visual and communication design principles, providing strategic direction and guidance to the team. • Develop and deliver comprehensive design specifications to engineering teams, ensuring flawless execution. • Uphold a high standard of execution and polish, setting a benchmark for design excellence within the team. • Expertly adapt existing design patterns across various platforms, while also innovating new solutions for emerging features and use cases. • Navigate ambiguity and adapt to evolving project requirements with ease and confidence.
