Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Collect patient information and update records in the system
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Perform general office duties such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Front Desk /reception area

Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and billingual communication skills
- Experience in office receptionist role preferred
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
- Proficient in using phone systems, typing, and computer software

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information

Note: This position is for aDental Front Desk Receptionist in a Dental office setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
