Top Chef Meals is the leading direct-to-consumer prepared meal provider located in Elmsford, NY. At Top Chef Meals we seek to create deeper connections with people by delivering delicious ready-to-eat meals that meet their lifestyle and wellness needs.
Who You Are
We are looking for someone who values customer satisfaction, achieved by caring, knowledgeable, and timely solutions. Our team works together to give great customer service to Top Chef Meals customers, insurance customers, and institutional contracts, such as veteran's programs, homeless shelters, and county food programs.
Responsibilities
- Identify and assess customers’ needs, giving them the best possible solutions with follow ups to ensure long term customer satisfaction
- Build sustainable and trusting relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
- Manage incoming calls and emails for Top Chef Meals, insurance clients, and institutional contracts
- Input, modify, cancel, and print orders for Top Chef Meals customers
- Filing documents in a timely manner
- Work with customer operations to make sure meal deliveries are accurate and on time
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Office team player, who uses a collaborative approach to problem solve.
- Active listening, comprehension, and problem solving
- Familiarity with Google Suite
- Prior meal program, food service, restaurant experience recommended, but not needed
- Ability to adapt and respond to different types of customers
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Bilingual is a plus
Hours
- Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
- Possible weekend shifts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
