Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, emails, and texts
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Maintain patient records and update as necessary
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure patient satisfaction
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations of the Front Desk
- Handle financial situations and coordination with the Office Manager
-Hold babies and play with kids! This is a fun position with lots of baby holding :)

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a holistic wellness setting preferred, but not required
- Proficient in using administrative systems such as an EHR system, task management system, and organization
-Knowledge of social media (we are active on here and ask that our CA's are comfortable with getting in front of the camera!)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer experience oriented mindset
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks
